Institute
Adizes Institute was incorporated
in 1975 in the State of California. The Institute was
founded by Dr. Ichak Adizes as a means for deploying a
specific methodology for the diagnosis and structural
healing of organizations. The methodology implements precisely
defined processes, which enable these organizations to
be both flexible and controllable in the face of accelerated
change while creating an environment of mutual trust and
respect among individuals within the organizations themselves.
After three decades of teaching and working in this unique
field hands-on, with offices in several countries, Dr.
Adizes has effectively demonstrated that these processes
are applicable to most organizations. The methodology
works in diverse settings, from start-ups to corporations
supporting the global industrial infrastructure, and in
diverse fields - from making pizza to international banking.
It has assisted over 1,000 organizations in 35 countries,

Scandinavia
Adizes Scandinavia was founded in
1996 by three scandinavian partners (from Norway, Denmark,
Sweden) together with the Adizes Institute. Adizes Scandinavia
has daughter companies in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and
work for Scandinavian clients all over the world. Adizes
Scandinavia's partners and senior consultants have worked
as managers for 5-10 years and have been involved in consultancy,
problem solving and business development for 5-15 years.
"The tool box" contains unique methods, in which
they are specially trained and certified, and furthermore
methods with which great many managers are familiar. The
unique methods consist partly of Adizes' synergetic methods,
and partly of methods developed by them. Especially within
