Trump 1:A Mirror-- Whether you really know your position
and function in the team? Whether you really know your
teammates? How can you make yourself and your teammates
to play your own roles well? How can you establish a qualified
team? Here, we will offer you a mirror to assess yourself,
your teammates and your team.
Trump 2:A Telescope-How can you know your decision making
is good or not? Only changing is not changed. Changing
creates an uncertain business environment, and the essential
of decision-making is what kind of degree you can grasp
