Consulting
Services

Based on Adizes Methodology, our
consulting service is a practical, disciplined and comprehensive
approach for building organizational flexibility and for
increasing the efficiency of implementing decisions. It
is based on people working together to solve problems.
When people truly work together, synergy occurs. This
means that the total effect of the team's work is much
greater than the sum of each member working independently.
It consists of following eleven phases: Synergetic Diagnosis,
Synerteams and Integrator Training, Team Structure (POC),
Mission, Organizational Design, Accountability Systems,
Cascade, Performance Stretching, Synergetic Resource Allocation
, EI Structure, Reinforcement Systems. More details, please
see Adizes
Consulting Services
.These phases focus on a variety of organizational and
managerial needs, which help bring an organization into
the Prime of its lifecycle. It also provides the organization
with conceptual and practical tools to keep the organization
at peak performance.
The work in every phase of our consulting service aims
to achieve four goals in organizational and individual
dimensions simultaneously as below:
1. Solving organizational problems that require the integration
of ideas and perspectives of different people in order
to find and implement the best solutions is the primary
focus of all Adizes activities. Problem solving is addressed
first because it is the predominant need in most organizations.
2. Team building develops managers and employees who can
solve bigger and more complex problems. Such problems
cut across the authority, power and influence of many
individuals and, therefore, require the coalesced authority,
power and influence of a team to solve them. This team
building process increases the control the organization
has over difficult problems.
3. Individual growth or style enrichment is necessary
in order to become your best as a team member. This growth
is possible on teams which allow individuals to function
in roles they may not often perform and, therefore, strengthen
individuals in areas where they are weak. To be successful
in this, however, we must provide a realistic problem-solving
environment and a team atmosphere that encourages growth,
i.e., goals 1 and 2 above.
4. Managerial training and development in decision-making
is necessary so that individuals and teams make the right
decisions. It is provided in two ways:
a. Specific training in concepts and principles of management
by Certified Adizes Associates.
b. The organization's managers and workers are provided
with a structured format for exchanging their experiences. |
